Delivery & Shipment


All orders will be shipped with Correos International courier services from Spain ( European Union).

Orders receiving
If we have the garment in stock, it will be shipped within 2 days.
If we don’t have the garment in stock, our talented team will start making your order and we’d aim to ship it within 5 business days.
Once you place an order, you’d receive your order:
> U.S. / Canada – within 2-3 weeks
> Asia – within 2-3 weeks
> EU countries – within 10-15 business days
> All other ends of the world – within 3 weeks

I. Shipping Cost
For all international orders shipping cost varies by the country in which you live and the weight of your final order which depends on the number and type of garment(s) you may choose to order. However, don’t worry! We offer free international shipping on orders over 500 €. For orders below 500 € you’ll be able to see the applicable shipping cost associated with any potential order before checking out.

II.Signature requirements
All Correos International Orders are automatically sent with a signature requirement to provide an ease of delivery based on extensive customer feedback.
We recommend taking advantage of the automatic signature requirement for a more secure delivery.
Once your package’s Correos International shipping documentation is generated by us, you should receive a communication from LOU-BAC bcn either via email allowing you to confirm your delivery details–including location .
Kindly note that if Correos International ultimately confirms delivery via tracking number, we consider the package delivered and, while we will do whatever we reasonably can to help escalate the issue with Correos International, we respectfully won’t be able to offer any resolution from our side.

III. Lost Packages
Although we send all shipments via Correos International (and subsidize those shipping costs) to ensure the highest quality and most secure possible delivery to you, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for Correos International and would not be able to reimburse you in case your package gets lost or stolen.

IV. Customs duties and fees
Some countries charge additional customs duties and fees and customers are responsible for any such charges. As best as practicable, although we are by no means global customs experts, we strive to make customers aware of the possibility of such duties and fees in advance of sending any order (in this context, you may get a courtesy email warning). We are occasionally asked if we can send packages as gifts to avoid such charges. To be clear, even if certain, other e-commerce businesses engage in this practice (as we are told), this is an illegal practice and may additionally subject you, as the customer, to penalties and fines in your own country. Regardless, as a business that strives to be ethical in its approach, we are not able to mark your items as gifts with low value on customs forms.

V. Shipping Address
All items will be shipped to the address on your Lou-Bac bcn account. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please add a note to seller at checkout so that we can use the appropriate address. If we mail your order to the address on your Lou-Bac bcn account prior to your sending us any request for an address change, we would be unable to reimburse you for the cost of potentially transferring the package.
